$5 for a carwash....and a smoked clutch. Apparently its not the responsibility of the management to ensure that people who actually know how to drive a manual are the ones assigned to move those cars. After watching (from far across the lot) the first kid enter and quickly exit our car and pass it off to a different guy, we were a little concerned. We've been using this car wash since they opened. I've always been happy with the service. Even when the windshield needed a second go over to get the film off, they've never squawked. We love KK of Keller
I took my car for wash, ask them to tape the windows so it would not leak and get my seats wet. Josh agreed. The windows did not get taped and my seats were wet. i talked tom the owner and Josh both. The owner said " they are busy and probably forgot". Josh after being shown again said " you lucky' you have leather seats they want mold" So I left sitting in my wet seats without being ging any real good reason for not preforming there work correctly. I paid $48 for car wash plus shampooing my seats. They cleaned it good but I lost all the stuff I had inside car including my cell phone charger (was hooked with the outlet) and few expensive electronics (they were inside a compartment). Went back to them - they went to look for it but came back empty handed. I never thought a car wish will actually take my stuff away and "trash" them just so that they can shampoo the car seats. I live in Grapevine and drive to Keller twice a month just to get my car washed. I have been a customer for 5 years now and love the establishment at Kwik Kar. Dale and Valarie do a wonderful job and Hugo the manager works soo hard. I know there a re several washes that are closer to my house but I will never go anywhere else. Just wanted to give a big Thank You to all the employees at this location.
Visited your store on Monday August 2, 2010 about 2 PM. Bought the Gold package which included wheel cleaning. I had to clean the wheels when I got home as they were not cleaned or at least not cleaned very good. Also my floor mats were not cleaned. This was not a good value for my money. You guys need to work on your service.
I visited this store on July 2nd around 4 pm and purchased the $21.95 package. They finished my car, I put the $5 tip in the tip box and went on my merry way. The car looked great, but I noticed they had taken $3.50 from my consol. My fault for leaving change in the car, I guess. Not a big deal. I took my mother's vehicle back to the location on Sunday 01-26-2009 and showed the receipt and damges to molding and mirror on passenger side, R. Gonzales was to review tapes and call me back the same day and did not - I called again on Monday and left a message and still no return call - they refused that the damages happened there and that someone tried to break into my vehicle. I will be returning today 02-01-2009 with a estimate of the damages and no one has attempted to break into the vehicle. My mother is 85 years old... read more
