Have used this location for the past 3 years for the TX State Vehicle Inspection and the process has been quick, smooth and successful. The operators are always courteous and very profession. I have not needed any work done to my car, but when I do I'll get it done here. Thanks

Super fast and thorough!
Alex is the best! He was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly in a way that even a person that knows nothing about cars could understand. Clean shop and hard-working techs. I also appreciated that they texted me a whole site of what was found with my car, with images attached when applicable. One of the best locations I’ve been to in the DFW area. Thank you Kwik Kar and Alex with the locs!!
I looked on their website and saw they had a coupon for a free diagnostic. I downloaded and took it there. The guy at the front desk said he wasn't honoring it...BUT what he did amazed me. He looked up their feedback on their site and told me if I give them 5 stars and a good comment he would give me 10% off. I reiterated that I had a free coupon and he said that's all he can do. I gave 5 stars and a good comment...he took 10% off diagnostic. Soon as I paid I deleted the feedback. Never going there again.
