Our first "student driver" minor accident this afternoon. B ran over a fairly large median and I was worried that my alignment would be messed up. We took it to Kwik Kar in Allen, Texas. The very nice mechanics checked out my car and took really good care of us.
Amazing experience last week at Kwik Kar of Allen. I didn't realize that I needed the oil changed in my car until one hour before leaving on a road trip. They were extremely busy, but still got me in and on my way in 30 minutes!! Thank you!
These guys are so polite and helpful even when I only need the air checked in my tires or a registration sticker applied to my windshield.

I'm always a happy customer when using Kwik Kar of Allen! The staff is friendly and courteous, and they make sure they get the job done right. These guys make the pains of car trouble a little more bearable. After years of overpaying at the dealership, I'm happy to have found a place that I can trust with my car!
Went in for oil change and they break a part on my car and proceed to tell me I have to pay to get it fixed. I told them I wasn't paying for something they broke! They got very rude with me and told me to get out of their shop. Customer service at its worst. Sad part is I have been going there for over 10 years. Not any more. Pathetic!
They are always honest and courteous. Never been disappointed with any aspect of the service-price, time, or quality.
