Wanted $400 to provide a quote as we didn’t have an insurance claim on some water damage.
I contacted Kwik Dry LLC and received a call from Robert. I had a small spot in my bathroom ceiling that had been patched from a leaky roof and later seemed to have some blackness to it. He explained how I could check to see if it was still wet and such and he explained in detail some of the indications of a mold "problem". It seems that mine is not a problem that needs hundreds of dollars thrown at it and I am thankful he's not out just to make money. I will call them in the future if we ever have a real mold issue.
Robert was really helpful over the phone. He listened, gave advice and helped resolve my issue. I’m so thankful!
