My experience has been wonderful! Friendly staff who are quick. Dry cleaning is top notch and I have never been disappointed.
Let's make this short and to the point - I use them when I absolutely have to simply for the convenience of being close to the office. (And that's rarely) They've lost my entire order (approx 40+ pieces) though eventually found several days later. Apparently the client is responsible for knowing their employees well enough to be able to tell them who you dropped your cleaning with.
