HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO RENT FROM. I was harassed to the point I had to COMPLETELY MOVE OUT of my apartment and they did absolutely nothing by about it. And I’m not even joking I’m pretty sure they’ve entered my apartment when I’m not there atleast twice after I moved out and was still on lease JUST to check it out. Not joking they have a key to all the apartments obviously. If I could do no stars I would. We did a viewing on a home and was meet by a very rude woman. She processed to get snappy and treat us like we were stupid when asking questions about the property. Would never rent from a company with this type of initial meeting.
Kwi has been a great property management company to rent from over the last 3yrs and I recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. A special thank you too alicia from kwi in her responding back promptly to a matter over the weekend and getting a plumber n contractor out first thing Monday morning and issue fixed since it was not needed over the weekend.alicia is always a joy to work with. So thank you to all kwi staff!!!!
We rented from KWI for over 5 years and honestly would have rated them higher if they hadn't been jerks when we moved out. On one hand rent was low, when things were broken they were always fixed though sometimes you had to ask several times, and they didn't bother us except for an annual inspection and weird monthly photos of the lawn in the summer. I’ve rented with KWI for over five years now and they have been nothing short of a pleasure to deal with. Any issue I have is promptly followed through with/fixed. Rent is reasonable, and the management team is amazing :) Super easy to talk to and always treats me with respect!
