Just like all the other reviews on this company they are deposit grabbers I too cleaned up before I moved out and noticed that there got me trying to owe them $1,100 above and beyond my deposit for vague things like toilets those toilets were fine nothing was wrong with the toilets and then having one step broken on the 17 stairs up to my apartment I reported that the first day I moved in and they never fixed it yeah if you can help it I know their prices are decent but don't rent from this company they're not very friendly ... read more
We needed to move to coeur d’alene to be close to the hospital. We rented a house from KWI. I had a feeling they were deposit grabbers from reviews I read on google and some of the emails and communications from them. I wasn’t wrong. I’ve never had a rental agency take so much of my deposit.it feels like no matter what you do or clean or whatever they’re going to charge you around 500$ when you move out for cleaners and a maintenance guy. Had to stop in the parking lot to nurse my newborn my husband had to use the restroom badly so he went in to ask if they had a bathroom he could use quickly. They absolutely refused and even ignored him as he pleaded to just let him go pee really quick.
Had to stop in their parking lot so my wife could nurse our newborn, asked if I could just go pee really quick inside but they refused, apparantly they will lose their jobs if they let a young parent use a restroom really quick. Very cold people, no sympathy at all. They ignored me on my way out.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO RENT FROM. I was harassed to the point I had to COMPLETELY MOVE OUT of my apartment and they did absolutely nothing by about it. And I’m not even joking I’m pretty sure they’ve entered my apartment when I’m not there atleast twice after I moved out and was still on lease JUST to check it out. Not joking they have a key to all the apartments obviously.
