I absolutely dread going to any doctor, however this appointment was different. Dr.Grant was so professional, knowledgeable and articulate. He explained to me my condition and gave me an excellent plan of action to take. I have never been more comfortable with any Dr. I look forward to him helping me with my diagnosis.
Apt time was 10 am. They didn’t see us until 12pm. No acknowledgment, no we are running behind, nothing. They didn’t seem To care at all. I complained and asked for An update and they seemed annoyed that I would even ask. I work in healthcare and can say that their throughput and metrics are awful. If I could give zero stars I would. MD Grant was helpful but brief. Left with more questions than answers. 2nd time I’ve been here and the first was the same experience.
Dr. Grant was clear and considerate to my questions and concerns about my care.
