The white lady at the front is rude and nasty.
This office is completely unprofessional. My son had an 11 am appointment and at 12:15 I was told the doctor was running 2 hours behind. They are extremely rude
Be careful if you go here. I visited Dr. Poku for my USCIS medical exam and already had antibody titers and some required labs done. I told him, and he said the lab would not repeat those tests. Despite that, I still received a $1,000 bill that included all the labs. I tried calling several times to resolve it, but no one ever answered.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Kwasi Poku and his staff. The staff was very welcoming and very courteous. Dr Kwasi took time to explain the process for my medical needs, and also cared to understand my insights and input. This doctor cares enough for his patients to have negotiated reasonable lab rates with lab providers for his patients who do not have insurance.
