Great experience with Dr. Cheng. He was knowledgeable, informative, and really listened to me. He was very kind and made me feel much less worried about the symptoms I was experiencing.
Dr. Cheng was thorough and responsive. He ordered the labs I needed promptly and communicated through the portal quickly. Appreciated his time and attention, both are rare!!
My son has been required to do endocrinologist visits for his type 1 diabetes since he was little. His comment after his first visit with Dr. Cheng: "Now that's how you do it." -- straightforward, thorough, clear, and competent. Dr. Cheng took the initiative to prescribe a different insulin and the newest CGM. Dr. Cheng and his office also went above and beyond by helping us resolve a special issue we were having.
