Felt like I was heard and an active part of the solution
The service from the point of entry to departure was superb!! Everyone had smiling faces and were very professional. This was a long-awaited anticipated visit due to high demand for this office. The doctor and his staff did not disappoint! It was worth the wait to finally go to my appointment.
Dr. Kwadwo Owusu-Akyaw is a great physician.
This office texted, called, hounded me for weeks to get my co-pay, $20, $25 bucks, something like that. I get to the appointment on time to review the MRI and had to leave after 30 MIN of waiting. Jobs, kids, life, the fact that this office can bug me to get their $$$, yet can't even let me know the appt is going to be delayed is pathetic customer service.
