SHADY!!! Never rent from these people. NEVER in office. Disorganized and unprofessional. Never fixed the fridge. Told us the house looked great when we did a walk through and then wouldn't pay us our full deposit back. Called with a simple question, and the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and dismissive. Very disappointed in this company’s manners and customer service. Would give 0 stars if i could.
Such an unprofessional company. All I wanted to do was walk through a home that was for rent, which I've done recently with several other agents. I received a response stating I have to fill out an application before they would meet up with me. I thought it odd, as I've not had to do this with any of the other management companies.
