We at KWA always provide the tenant with a copy of their lease. Not only does the lease spell out how fees work but when we give them a 3 day for not paying rent we spell out the reasons for the fees. If you are reading a review that is distasteful it is usually due to the fact they were evicted for being a bad tenant. Extremely Unprofessional and Unlawful Behavior – Tenants Beware I am writing this to warn future renters about my experience with this landlord/property manager. While I was out of town, he entered my home without consent, despite my clear written instructions denying entry.
