Update: Still living here four years later, and Ken and the staff at KWA Properties still treat us just as great as day one! Our AC went out and I called Ken late in the evening — he had someone out the very next day to get it fixed. We also just got new flooring in our kitchen and it looks amazing! They’ve been super kind and fair, even during these crazy times. Rent increases have been very moderate and totally understandable, especially with how the economy’s been. We have been renting from KWA for almost 3 years now and have no issues, or complaints. Great to work with, family owned business!
We at KWA always provide the tenant with a copy of their lease. Not only does the lease spell out how fees work but when we give them a 3 day for not paying rent we spell out the reasons for the fees. If you are reading a review that is distasteful it is usually due to the fact they were evicted for being a bad tenant. In one recent review the woman has not paid her rent since she moved in 3 months ago but wants to blame us for her lack of responsibility. We also follow the law when it comes to entering a property.
