KWA has wonderful clients and caregivers.
They will destroy your items, blame you, come in like a tornado and knock stuff off the walls and laugh, then they will blame and tell you it’s your fault. Please keep your loved ones away from this service. I’ve had 4/5 people from their services the last few years and they’ve broken valuables and refused to replace them.
I don't know why they keep on deleting their one star ratings. Keep your elders and disabled away from this place!!!!! They don't care!!! They have been reported to DSHS numerous times. Please stay away.
