Brett Scarborough is a very dishonest agent. Through compromising his fiduciary duties and misleading/false advertising, he puts clients and buyers in seriously compromising positions leading to potential legal action against his clients and brokerage. Steer clear, find an agent and brokerage with integrity. This one will likely be tied up with the SL board of realtors soon for professional conduct and lack of ethics.
