Just curious, this person claims to be an agent with your company. Do you condone this type of behavior and attitude?
We are currently renting from a property they are involved with. The owner of this property is selling the house and working with KW southwest in order to do so. Throughout the process the multiple agents we have worked with have all told us that they were looking for investors only so we could continue renting once our lease expired. I've raised concerns regarding property 21711 Emerton in Cypress numerous times, using phone calls, emails, message requests, and video interview requests, yet I have received no response.
