My wife and I had a new unit installed 2 years ago. We thought our problems were fixed however it was the start of a nightmare that finally ended when we hired K &W services. We had to replace the 2 year old "new" unit including all duct work, pipes and wiring with brand new furnace, and AC unit. The team at K&W were the best. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. If anyone is needing repairs or replacement on there heating or ac unit, there's only 1 phone call to make, K & W services.

Recently had our upstairs heat pump replaced. Kenyon and Luke attempted to troubleshoot/repair our old equipment before determining a full replacement was needed. They thoroughly explained everything along the way and were very responsive to questions or concerns. Highly recommend Kenyon and Luke.

Kenyon and his team have been taking care of all my HVAC needs for the past 6+ years. This ranges from basic seasonal maintenance all the way to installation of a whole new system, and, of course, everything in between. I recommend K&W any time someone mentions needing HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work, and I can’t sing their praises enough. I think it’s also important to note that Kenyon is my dog’s best friend, and Luke isn’t far behind him
