I would have given zero if I could. This company has a realtor named Natallie Rodriguez. Her husband, Randy Rodriguez, is a contractor who builds homes. He claims that you're approved for a loan, takes the down payment, and then goes silent, effectively stealing your money. I advise against using Natallie as your realtor, as I believe she is complicit in the same dishonest behavior. She recommended that I use her husband to build my house, and I ended up being let down and misled.

Rude and very unprofessional called over the phone and sounded very uninterested about anything.awful experience i had with them do not recommend.
Was interested in a tour of a home in Peñitas and they wanted proof of a bank loan or they wouldn't show me the inside of the house! There was almost no pictures of the inside of the house! How are we supposed to get a loan before even looking at the house and it's condition. Do better.
