Horrible service from Sheiline Lam. Terrible agent so unprofessional, was very rude at the showing. She discriminated against us. She stopped just ghosted our agent until we wrote negative review about her and then she called our agent and yelled at her Because we left a bad review. Then also claimed she was going to rent the place to us, but since we left a negative review because she stopped responding for three days. Anyways stay away from her extremely unprofessional.
Pauline Cheng and her team are AMAZING. They made the sale of my mother's home a delightful experience. Pauline Cheng supported her in every step, answering questions and giving tutorials on the online portions of the process. She answered texts and phone calls within a very quick time period.
