This is the worst property management company I've ever experienced. I live in Venice, FL. Grand Palm, this company is fraudulent for owner representation. They are only in place to collect money / HOA fees and create and extract fees whenever possible. Their service is horrible, they don't help with individual owner needs, and they discount and discredit owner concerns and Issues when they are brought to their attention.
