Our management team of Michael Lotwich and Ana Hernandez along with their entire staff make our Akoya condominium a perfect place to live. Every request and problem is immediately attended to and fulfilled cheerfully. The maintenance staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We have all become one close family!

I do not feel they manage the property correctly. The lawn maintenance company is horrible and not correctly monitored. I thought maybe it was me but when I talked to about 6 neighbors they felt the same way . My opinion is they are not the management company we need. It was actually a big conversation I heard at the pool amongst other people I don't even know. Money is not spent well in this community. I would not recommend them.

Treat their employees terrible . New management is firing people and then hiring others for less paid wages. They don't care about the staff. HERON BAY not a good place to work BEWARE.

KW Property Manager ( PM) and District Manager (DM) at Lake House South in Boca Raton are totally incompetent. Because of their lack of management skills we are having special assessments to repair years of landscaping neglect. Did not take seriously patio degradation. Personally took us 5 months of constant requests to have an engineer out to inspect our balcony and someone to repair. All of this before new government mandatory structural inspections.
