I am a vendor for a condo in St. Pete. This property management company handles the condo and has failed to pay my security company for over a year. Now they are putting the residents at risk because they fail to use the money the residents gave them to pay vendors. We will be cutting services and the residents have no idea what's going on. There building will just be unlocked. There are many much better property management groups then these people.
KW is not an honest property Management company that looks out for the good of home owners. It is unfortunate they waste owners hard earned monies of the homeowners.
Nothing but problems! High turnover and lack of accounting measures. Terrible
They force employees to leave reviews on their own pages because their reputation is so filthy. Run.
