I want to share how informative and knowledgeable the team is at KWPMC. The sales team is a wonderful resource. Their Lunch and Learns are fabulous and the operations team knows the community association world. Highly recommend them to manage any amenity/concierge type property.

I am a vendor for a condo in St. Pete. This property management company handles the condo and has failed to pay my security company for over a year. Now they are putting the residents at risk because they fail to use the money the residents gave them to pay vendors. We will be cutting services and the residents have no idea what's going on. There building will just be unlocked. There are many much better property management groups then these people.
