KM Reynolds Enterprises LLC is the builder of our home and we are very dissatisfied! We have had nothing but problems with the home! Drywall cracking, breakers are tripping, dirt around foundation was eroding (we had to fix by the way) and we have a leak in the garage every time it rains. We have a warranty with 2-10 but the builder has yet to contact us regarding fixing these issues! Do not buy homes built by KM Reynolds Enterprises LLC!!
