Be VERY cautious if you receive an offer from these KW Metro Center Arlington agents. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical. They will submit multiple sham offers at once without disclosing that fact. I got pulled into using KW because I responded to an apartment listing that was using KW. As a tenant, there little attention to detail from my agent. The original lease presented to me had me paying utilities despite the listing (and the agent during the showing) being explicitly clear that landlord pays utilities.
