Michelle WaKer was horribly mean to me over the phone. She asked over email to meet at a different time than I requested online, which is fine. I drove an hour to meet her at the property just for her to cancel 5 minutes before. Then she called me SCREAMING at me, saying she had an emergency, that she’s on a tight schedule, they already have two applications in so I’m not going to be approved anyways, and that she was accommodating my schedule since I requested to meet outside the open house.
