Irene was the worst host I've ever experienced. She lied about multiple things on her listing to make it seem better than it was. She lied about the number of beds, lied about amenities, lied about there being a washer and dryer when there wasn't, didn't have a working kitchen, blamed us for the markings in her dirty property, and charged us thousands of dollars for time we didn't spend at her rental. This is a review for one of their agents - Preeti Bhathal I went to see a condo, she informed me that the process is simple: fill out the application, pay the fee, and we will review the applications. At the time of the tour, she informed me she is unable to show me the garage or the storage, and also she does not know who is the internet provider for the condo. My company worked with Bill Gillespie the Director of Keller Williams Commercial at this location. We sued him for fraud and numerous other egregious acts against us. Beware of this man.
One of their agents is being incredibly aggressive about contacting me—linked in request, letters, adding me to their email marketing list despite my not having signed up. If I was in the market for a house, I would not be using this agency.
