My wife and I have been dealing with Kevin for nearly a decade and will continue to do so for years to come . Always fast, reasonable prices and always friendly! He definitely knows what he is doing and prides himself on maximizing your returns to the best of his ability. these lower star reviews are simply not the service or attitude we have ever experienced !
A family member referred us to KW Income Tax Services and this was our first time here. Booked an appointment for 5:30 pm and arrived at 5:15 and there was a couple waiting and shortly after another couple arrived and it sounded like these were clients whose appointments were behind. A gentleman came out and asked who was next. One was a 4:30 appointment and the other 5pm. He said he would be out in a few minutes. He didn’t acknowledge my wife and I and went into another room. Been good for years I have filed there many times but I called and they didn’t have any openings available and told me i could book after deadline but if I don’t choose them I won’t be allowed to file in the future. Kevin , you are pathetic and now I have 4 family members that won’t be back annually.
Just an excellent tax preparation experience! Kevin is a very nice person to deal with. Very professional with a great sense of humor. Our first time having Kevin do our taxes. We most definitely will continue to do so. Highly recommend!
