D If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m not sure what has happened to this establishment recently, but their quality has gone down significantly. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother’s 55th birthday on Monday, I paid $140 for the premium option in order for her to get the flowers she deserved. The picture of the arrangement on the website was beautiful, but the product I received was nothing of the sort. Linda at KW Flowers is as thoughtful as she is talented. Her simple storefront opens up into a floral oasis! I shared some ideas for flowers for a dear one's funeral and she created an absolutely beautiful arrangement. Excellent service, quality florals and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful but did not even last a week, customer service could have been better as well as confusing email saying order was being made meant they were done? Beautiful flowers that my mom enjoyed though

Excellent service and very kind people! We hosted an event were we gave out flowers and the whole process went by smoothly ontop of that the flowers were beautiful.

What a gorgeous bouquet!! I sent the "European Terrace" one to my mom for her birthday. I picked it because it had a lot of her fave flowers all in one, but I wasn't sure what to expect. I had to put my trust in KW Flowers' delivery since I am abroad at the moment. It turned out WAY better than I anticipated. My mom sent me a picture of the bouquet and will you look at this!! Isn't it grand?? Well worth it.
