KW The Cleaning is doing an excellent job at our home. The crew showed up on time, works efficiently, and has been very respectful and professional throughout the process. It’s not easy to find a company that takes this much care in their work. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
We have used KW duct cleaning previously and had no issues. This time I am not as happy with the service provided. The men that were doing the work were nice and provided detail on what they were doing. However the truck they had leaked oil on my driveway, when emailed to them and let them know no one answered. Communication was not great, and now I am stuck cleaning up my driveway from their truck.
Very polite, efficient and well priced service. 100% recommend them and will use them again in the future!
