Great service and follow-up. Came up with a solution to a problem window on our patio doors that worked very well (no one else could solve this issue). Everything looks great!

I had a problem with one of my roller shades that came with my home. I contacted the manufacture and they recommended that I contact Alan at KW Blinds. Alan was willing to help and sent a technician to solve the issue with the shade. I received prompt and very friendly service. I certainly appreciate the excellent customer service. If I need to purchase any new blinds or shades in the future I will definitely be dealing with KW Blinds. Their customer service can’t be beat.
