Haiyan helped me buy a new condo and sell my old condo in SF. I was really satisfied with her services. She called or texted me every day to make sure I was happy and didn't have questions. If I had a question she calmly and thoroughly explained everything. My doorman noticed that she got a lot more interest in her open houses than other realtors. I believe she works really hard for her clients.
