Aric Leong helped me out and he was super professional. The rental car (Enterprise) is very close by also (10 minute by foot, 2 min by car), which made it all EXTREMELY convenient. KW finished the repairs sooner than expected AND they detailed my car! KW AUTO IS THE BEST!
KW is in a class by itself. The level of workmanship and attention to detail is not common.
After speaking with Jadee (the in-house adjuster) about my car, she confirmed to have my concerns addressed. After after the inspection I called to reconfirm and was again assured my voice was heard. After contacting me and stating my estimate was done, I wanted to triple check her work before parts were ordered so we wouldn't be having to come back after the job and finish the job correctly.
