Avoid if possible. Gary thinks small rural communities need to live up to Ada standards. He did not like a 800.00 wood shed had no paint on it and that my 16 year old dog's ramp, did not a railing. Which is in the back of the house, not accessible to the public, and by the way I had the exact same type of ramp on the front of the house and he had no issue with. If you are looking for a inflated value that a bank is not able to approve then you have found the right guy. Had to deal with Kenny during an appraisal for a divorce. Very uneducated to the market. Spent under 10 minutes at the home. Wrote an appraisal at 143% of lmcu assessed value. Very poor character and little professionalism.
Ken was very personable and got right to the job of appraising our home. He was thorough but got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. My wife and I thought he was very fair in appraising our home.
