KVS took care of all the details and explained everything well. The web based system for documents and communication was very helpful for routine communications but the staff were available by phone for questions and non routine actions.
Was honest with lender regarding not being a fthb. Kvs title missed that when underwriting and it caused me to have to bring more money to the closing table the day of and delayed signing for an hour or so. Then I got a call to not enter the property(after signing and getting keys) because it changed the sellers amount also and they didn’t agree my realtor was stuck paying the sellers fee because Kvs missed all of this.
