Derek and his team provided great service. From the outset, Derek met with me to do a thorough review of my home and what my needs were. Came back a second time to discuss more options. Always very accessible by phone, email and text as I was making my decision. Provided several options. Installers (Aung and Ihor) were very knowledgeable and friendly. Derek and his team are second to none. The service was outstanding. The technicians worked outdoors for 11 hours in weather that changed from rain to snow to slush. They even brought indoor shoes when they came inside to work. They are knowledgeable and know the Lennox systems inside and out. I highly recommend KVS Electrical.
KVS Electrical installed heat pumps for my elderly father. Dealing with Derek made the entire process smooth and easy. He kept me in the loop from start to finish, explained things well and even helped with rebate applications. The technicians were professional and courteous, arrived on time and did a great job. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.
