KVS Electrical is undoubtedly the best company we have used, and we would highly recommend them to everyone. From the very pleasant administrator, to the professional advice of the Operations Manager (Derek), we were very impressed. KVS installed a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump in our basement. The technicians (Aung and Ihor) were respectful and extremely pleasant to deal with; we think the house was cleaner after they left then when they arrived. WOW! The job was done in a day and we could not be happier.
My HVAC system is a bit complicated and old, and the manufacture doesn't make it any more. Nonetheless, Aung was able to assess my system and he identified where the issues were within minutes. He designed how to modernize parts of my system with better technology. Derek searched high and low and was able to find comparable parts for me to integrate into the system along with new heat pumps to get everything running perfectly again. Technicians did a great job! Very respectful and polite, they took their shoes off whenever they entered my home. My husband had a request to have a drain in certain spot and they were happy to accommodate! Explained how to use the remote for heat pump as well.
My hat is off in respect for the two technicians that installed my mini split heat pump today. Aung and Ihor arrived on time with all the tools and equipment needed. My home is a story and a half Cape Cod with an open design and a finished basement. They assessed the layout and suggested the optimum locations for efficiency and aesthetics. They installed both units, cleaned up, showed me how maintain the units and run the remote. They were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I would highly recommend KV Electrical !!!
From the first day Derek Stone came to our home to the completed installation (by an exceptionally knowledgeable and very polite team ) ; we were so pleased and grateful for our choice of “KVS Electrical .” Times were kept and questions answered quickly .We are ready to enjoy our new Heat Pumps with the installers in our local area to contact for any reason !
