I needed a replacement extender. They had it in stock, shipped right away, and it worked as promised. They offered to accept a return if it didn't work and even asked the age of the model being replaced in the event it was still within warranty. Talked to real people. They were extremely helpful.

I cannot be happier with the ATEN 2-port USB3.0 4K DisplayPort KVMP Switch (Cs1922) from KVM switches online. I have 2 Microsoft Surface Pros connected to daisy-chained DisplayPort monitors and it works fantastic with either hardware switching (press button on front of unit) or hotkey switching (double-click middle mouse button). When I first connected up I had issues with display flickering on one monitor. The **** ******unit arrived quickly. We set it up and used it the very first week without any difficulty. It takes a while to get used to the app features that come with the unit, but even then it quickly became very user friendly. Thus far a great product and we have no regrets. The sales staff and customer service representatives were very helpful in getting our product to us quickly and assisting with any questions we might have had, which were very few. it took a while to ship it, but once it arrived, i was pleased. the tiny cable to the switcher button seems to be a little too thin, and may fail quickly, but until then, am happy with the switch.
