What an amazing company and great service. We recently purchased a condo in Florida. When I arrived on a Friday, we realized that the air conditioner was broken. We contacted KVM at 1 pm. By 4 pm, they had scheduled a crane to replace the unit on a Saturday! The next day! They have wonderful customer service and were able to replace my air conditioner the next morning! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
Very pleased with the service call, Technician was very professional, he came in new exactly what the issue was fixed it had everything back up and running in no time. Left everything clean like no one was ever there.
Had a A/C failure and KVM solved it in hours of my call. Carleen dispatched Fernando, who diagnosed the capacitor breakdown, and had the replacement part in his van. This is on July 1st, hot time in Fort Lauderdale. Thanks again KVM!
