The owner, who I had been seeing on and off from 2022-2023, canceled my appointment about 3 weeks after I made it and a few days before my event. She sent me a very dismissive text saying that she wasn’t allowing new clients and as a result, she was canceling my appointment. I let her know that I would have appreciated more attention to detail in canceling my appointment, perhaps immediately after I scheduled and that she was, in fact, incorrect about me being a new client. Had the most amazing experience at KVM! I saw Karen for classic lash extensions. I am obsessed with my lashes!! They are beautiful and natural. Her space is chic, elegant and inviting. I highly recommend KVM for all your lashing needs!
