Seen for viral symptoms continuing for more than 10 days. Attempted to try docs treatment plan of waiting to do antibiotics and doing nasal rinses/fluticasone. I’ve been doing fluticasone while sick, but not a full nasal rinse. I did do one last night and did not have success removing anything. Same this morning but the left tonsil and ear is still very uncomfortable and inflamed and very clearly a bacterial infection. Walked right in middle of the day on a Saturday got stitched up and was out in an hour. Staff was really great too.
Update I see you still haven’t changed your name to ER bad business wish you would be transparent with your consumers Great staff great experience fast and polite the only reason they’re getting a one star is KVH Is charging as though this is a ER which my bill says urgent care the facility is called urgent care change your name if you’re going to charge like you’re an ER
They just prescribed me antidepressants on my first trip and on my second trip they had me inhale Albuterol for about 5 solid minutes and one of the side effefcts from that is also chest pain. Said my pain was most likely stress... turns out I had terrible Costochondritis which is inflammation of the sternum, They were dismissive when I had said I was feeling pain for an entire month. We were seen fast and they were professional and super helpful. X-ray on site and knowledgeable doctors and kind nurses. Would recommend
