Writing as a opinionated warning for any parent considering this facility based upon our family's personal experience. Dr Srinivasa Panuganti at this facility abruptly stopped (cold turkey) a pre-teen family member's psychiatric medications of a high dosage of SSRI - medications his brain has relied on and adapted to for years and than was discharged with new medications. Within 24 hours of being home he started experiencing severe hallucinations and severe withdrawal symptoms thus creating a new crisis for our family member... read more

Kind loving staff who truly care about the kids. Excellent communication with me while my kiddo was getting help. My kiddo said the staff was really nice. She liked the food and said she had fun.
I want to thank Ms. CJ, Ms.Electrica, Ms.Emilia, Ms. Molly for making this place feel like home. They were so funny and so caring and they are the coolest people ever. Ms. CJ (sometimes DJ, AJ, RJ) is so sweet, I love the way she talks so calmly it makes me feel safe, I also want to thank her for allowing me to make a birthday card and letting me and Zoe draw and also understanding our problems and why we did what we did.
