Cindy Iokepa the Acute Discharge Case Manager Is absolutely amazing! Helped me with every question I had, she was there for me as a person/friend not just a job to get done. She actually cared. When I needed someone to listen, She listened to everything I had to say. Cindy has changed our lives for the better.
I have been very satisfied with all the help they've given to me in the past and now.
I was admitted here on extended stay and eventually moved to the unit for boys about 3 years ago. I will say the facility is runed down, the clothes are never the right size and some of the staff is terrible. I will say the reward the bad staff members here and take advantage of the good ones. The support and resources given at discharge were phenomenal.
This was one of the worst places I have ever been. I was there in 2023 (for long term) and it was ABSOLUTELY disgusting! I was 13-14 and what I had experienced there was abuse. There were very few things that were good about this place at the was the teachers, the expressive therapies, and MAYBE 4-5 staff? Also hippa? That practically doesn't exist there.
