The case managers seem to "forget" to tell parents important things. They also have a tendency to tell different parents different things. They are friendly but need to get everything together to help get kids home faster. Its been 5 months and they still aren't able to do a walkthrough. The kids have been in custody 16 months and still no idea of placement has been talked about.
