I have to agree I just read the review by the person with the college students and I have to agree. I was a student at Central and I had nothing but the best service from Kvalley. They're friendly, knowledgeable and you feel good when you talk to them. It's a relief to have a good computer tech wherever you are and if you're in Ellensburg, these are the only folks you need.
Excellent internet service. Excellent customer service. You can see them at www.kvalley.com. I just signed up a month ago and it's the best internet service I've ever had. I've never written a review before but I am now. Keep up the excellent work, Kvalley.
I had a bad virus. Another computer store charged me twice in two days to get it off. Finally, my friend told me to take it to Kvalley Computers and Internet. They spotted the problem, *took the virus off while I waited* and didnt charge me!I signed up for their internet service right then and there. Please take your computer here. Youll save yourself a lot of grief and money
I already called and said Thank you so I'm going to find all the review sites I can and say it again and again. You saved my business, you saved my sanity. No one else could get the files off my dead hard drive. You did and you had it done the next day. I'll always back up my quickbook files from now on but thank you very much for all the time you saved me and the great computer you built me. I will never forget it.
