I used their contact form to request a virtual quote. They called back and said that they don’t do virtual estimates - which is totally okay. If I received a normal call back saying that they don’t do this but could come in person for measurements, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. My issue is that the person who called back said that since I have received several estimates from other companies that - I “should be in a good position” and I can make an “educated guess” from those companies. Matthew (aka StudMuffin), Jesus (aka The Window Whisperer), and the entire KV Windows crew went above and beyond installing my new sliding doors, complete with a custom opening for my husky, and a kitchen window. They also repaired siding that had been damaged by water, making sure everything was sealed and finished perfectly. What a terrific crew, and an outstanding company. Punctual, professional and friendly. Jusus oversaw addition of the new windows, and a painting crew did an outstanding job repairing and staining our hail damaged fence. Excellent!
I had a very old window with a very odd shape and they had no problems coming out doing the measurement and was able to replace the window. There is satisfied with the work they did and they were very clean doing it.
