We are very happy with our new Pella Windows. KV did a great job for us.
We decided to go with KV Windows because they would install one or two windows that needed to be replaced in our home. Most window companies would only install a minimum of 3 or more windows, and they required you and your spouse to be present during the initial sales consultation. This is to try and upsell you for the entire home window replacement. KV Windows was not high pressured at all. Matt and crew was great. So easy to work with, showed up when they said they would and got the windows in efficiently and cleaned up after. We are looking forward to working with them with more windows.
I had an outstanding experience with KV Windows! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. Matt and his team were great. Although it took a while for the windows to get made, they were very efficient with the installation. They were considerate of our home and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We intend on getting more windows replaced and look forward to working with them again.
