I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. I have supported the owner and his partner since their time at ESCAPE, so this is not coming from a one-time experience, but from years of following and patronage. While the space itself is beautiful, the customer service has consistently fallen short. Over time, the overall quality of service has noticeably declined, which is extremely disappointing given the standard they once set.

I’m always very happy with the quality of service at this salon, and the VIP room for pedicures is definitely a highlight that keeps me coming back. However, the front desk staff consistently leaves a lot to be desired. I find myself having to prepare for an uncomfortable interaction each time I visit. Yesterday, when I asked to leave a tip on my card because I didn’t have cash, both the male and female staff members at the front desk seemed annoyed and dismissive.
