I’m always very happy with the quality of service at this salon, and the VIP room for pedicures is definitely a highlight that keeps me coming back. However, the front desk staff consistently leaves a lot to be desired. I find myself having to prepare for an uncomfortable interaction each time I visit. Yesterday, when I asked to leave a tip on my card because I didn’t have cash, both the male and female staff members at the front desk seemed annoyed and dismissive. Came in on a Sunday at 4:30 because their hours of operation on Google says closes at 6. Walked in and was told they close at 5 so they can’t see me. I drove 20 minutes to come here because I like the way they do my nails the best and the atmosphere is very nice. I was very disappointed. And I can’t go back the next day because they are closed on Monday. Please change your business hours to avoid confusion in the future. Thank you.
