Let me say that I have had my manicures and pedicures done in every shop in Franklin.. And I must say that KV III was the worst .. I had a pedicure done and there was so much dead skin left on my feet you could see it as well as feel it. When I pointed it out to the technician she said that I had to get the skin off myself.
