Paid $115 for new faucet and it doesn’t even work! Best part? They don’t accept returns. Thank you for wasting my money on an ineffective product; now I’m going have to buy a new faucet elsewhere.
Update: I found the customer service to be helpful and was able to resolve the issue with no problems. So while others may have had not such a great outcome, i can say that this place seemed very willing to help. This is a pre post review. I'm hoping that the bad reviews are in greater numbers because the good reviews are not getting posted...most seem to be related to customer relations issues and how mgt wasn't willing to accommodate your issue (return). This place is the best. People are nice and the prices are great. In addition, the manager, Stephanie Flores, was so nice and helpful. It's because of her mainly I was able to make a wonderful deal. Thank you for making such people as managers. Great representation for your work.
Bought a door from them, had a minor discrepancy regarding the size via OfferUp. They admitted and helped make it right. The service overall was very good, some of the prices are hit or miss like most stores of this kind. Overall happy, thank you
