Took my car here after noticing a sizeable power steering leak. Knew my tires would need replaced as well as the breaks. The shop called me when replacing the tires they found one wheel bearing that needed replaced. All the work was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. One month later my rear passenger brakes were grinding and make a horrible noise. They got it right in the next day no appointment scheduled. Lied, no punctuality, bad communication Assured me they could work on my European car over the phone when scheduling, reassured me they could work on it when I dropped it off a day before its appointment, heard nothing until I called after the 3rd business day and they said they hadn't looked at it yet, after 6 business days I called again, and they said they didnt have specialty tools to work on it. The car had a coolant leak that was later fixed at home with 0 specialty tools used.
Kurstan was fantastic I was a traveler from Maine, moving a friends stuff across country Blew a heater hose the night before I rolled up and he dropped what he was doing and got me back on the road in no time If you have the pleasure to do business with this shop and remarkable individual I highly recommend you do so The world needs more kind souls like this one Thank you Kurstan
It would be hard to say too much good about Kurstan. Smart, honest, competent. Helped me out in a pinch and didn't take advantage of the situation. This guy will be in business as long as he wants to be. Be confident in doing business here.
