Came in with a party of 3, was told it was too busy and to come back another day. Thats the first time thats ever happened and I've been to restaurants all over the country and all over the world. But I took it with a grain of salt and decided we'd try another day. 2nd attempt walked in, party of 3 and there are 4 employees in there and no customers. No one greets us. My first visit to Kuzzos was one to remember. The staff was very kind and the establishment was clean. Paired with delicious food made it a great experience.

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Came in with a party of 4 at 3:20, food was ordered at 3:40. The first plate came out at 4:45 , plate 2 and 3 came out at 5:05 and the 4th plate came out at 5:20. You can see other reviews with similar complaints. Saying that this place is a joke is an understatement. I received a 15% discount on the food and was told next time we come in the food would be on the house 😂 why isn’t it on the house this time? I wouldn’t come back even for a free meal😂😂😂😂
