Joined along with my daughter and went to the gym a few times before putting my account on hold. I explained that my daughter had allergies and since everything in the gym was so old and dusty (and I don’t believe the carpet was ever cleaned) that I didn’t think we could continue. I can't say enough about Kuzora Fitness and how they changed my life. I still attend regularly after three years and intend to keep working out for the rest of my life. John, the other trainers and the gym are as much a part of my life as my family and friends. I can't say enough about how Kuzora Fitness has changed my life. I am still a member over three years later and intend on working out until I no longer can. John, the other trainers and the gym are a part of my life now. I look at pictures of myself a few years ago and just shake my head. How did I let myself get that overweight? I am so much healthier and happier now, I can keep up with my children and the young children in my daycare and my risk of diabetes has completely diminished!
