Literally changed my life. I was in so much pain before I saw Sam. I just wish I had found him sooner. His visits are fast, it’s like a clinic at this location so you’re not gonna exchange pleasantries but if you have IC or rUTIs this is the dr to go to.
He was nice. He filled out my leave of absence wrong. I called to let them know this. It can be changed. Asked them to call me so I can get the fax number to resend the paperwork work and another form I just got that needs to be filled out for my other job. Can't get his nurse or anyone to return my calls. This is 3 weeks without pay. I can't afford that with me the only one working 2 jobs. Have a disabled husband. How would they fill?
I put this on Health Grades as well but I want everyone to know how great this Dr. is! …Dr. Kuykendall is the first urologist (I have seen 3) who really cares to help me with my chronic UTI issue. I walked into the waiting room at 3:00 p.m., and was escorted to an examination room. Dr. Kuykendall, M.D. asked me a few questions. Then, he told me, he could, probably, correct my condition. He explained how. I walked out to the waiting room at 3:12 p.m. to check out. I had hope. It took him less than 10 minutes to grasp, which procedure would lead to probable cure. I thanked him. When, I thanked him, tears of joy were in my eyes. He deserves 5 stars at least. He brilliant, learned, and personable.
