I've been going to these group sessions for over 18 months and I could not be happier with the results I have achieved. Micka is an excellent trainer and each session presents its own fitness challenge and variety. My husband and I have been going to bootcamp for about 6 months now and we absolutely love it. Micka is an awesome trainer and every session is different so you certainly never get bored. It is a friendly group with sharp, short workouts which is what you need when you are time poor. So glad you we have found this group. Thanks, Cherie

I joined this group about 2 or more years ago and have not looked back. We are all shapes and sizes and fitness levels which makes the group supportive of eachother no matter what level we are operating at. Mick is a great trainer who can motivate and support everyone at their own level and knows how far to push us so that we feel like we achieve and just get better. Love working out with the team at Kuvx - just a friendly great bunch with some epic banter!
